Coaching Philosophy
I encourage teachers to use a strengths-based approach to help students gain mastery and realize their potential.  I am also a strong believer in ongoing reading comprehension support for high school students. I recommend all secondary teachers read I Read It, but I Don't Get It by author and expert on this topic, Cris Tovani.
